Tiffany Eng currently lives and works in Oakland, CA as a community development consultant and trainer. Her diverse consulting practice includes work in training development and delivery, strategic planning, program evaluation, affordable housing underwriting, and program development. Since 1998, Tiffany has been continuously involved with building, nurturing, and growing the Individual Development Account (IDA) and asset-building field. For the past 6 years, she has been providing organizations around the country with training and technical assistance in designing and implementing successful asset building programs. She has worked for the Corporation for Enterprise Development (CFED) in Washington, DC, and the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) in Oakland, CA, in the areas of program management, neighborhood economic development, program and fund development, and affordable housing development. Tiffany has a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College in Minnesota and received her Masters in City and Regional Planning from UC Berkeley. She is a licensed California Realtor and a founding member of the Assets Alliance.
