Through Robert Zdenek Associates and the Alliance for Healthy Homes, Bob Zdenek has been a leader in the asset building world in terms of innovative initiatives. A brief sample include of innovative asset building initiatives he has worked on include Linking EITC/VITA sites to asset building products; Connecting business supports to asset building activities; Research on innovative state and local asset building practices; Developing a scalable CDFI Asset based Strategy; Developing innovative asset building products for the disability community; and Linking EITC refunds to 529 College Savings Plans
