Ramona McKinney has been the Director of Southern Good Faith Fund’s (SGFF) Asset Builders IDA program since it’s beginning in 1999. She has experience with all aspects of SGFF’s IDA program from program design, recruitment, economic literacy curriculum development & implementation, facilitation of economic literacy training, growth of program to over 300 participants, asset payout, case management, data management, and launching a collaborative in 2003. Received training in economic skills and asset building from the Corporation for Enterprise Development and NeighborWorks. Participated in the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s IDA TA Consultants Institute and Foundation for the Mid South’s TA Providers Training. She is a member of the Arkansas Assets Coalition and the Assets Alliance.
